Court reservations are managed through our mobile app and processed via Stripe. Rates vary by Prime, Mid-Day, and Off-Peak tiers. Reservations are confirmed only once payment clears.
Access codes are issued per reservation and are personal to the booking member. Sharing access codes, propping doors, or admitting unregistered guests may result in cancellation of your account without refund.
Reset operates as a fully automated, unstaffed facility monitored by video. Members play at their own risk and agree to leave courts in clean, playable condition.
Founding member pricing is locked for the life of an account in good standing. Billing for pre-launch founding memberships begins on the facility's opening day.
